Add an activity to any day, then drag or use ⋯ to move it.
How this works
Changes save automatically in this browser.
Add parks, meals, places and time to put your feet up. Choose Add activity on a day, or drag something from the list. Use ⋯ to move activities without dragging.
Change dates keeps plans on their original days, even if they fall outside your new dates. Each holiday stays in the planner you chose.
Use Backup & Import before clearing browser data or moving to another device.
How this works
Changes save automatically in this browser. Use Edit Day to choose a Full Day, Split Day or Rest Day. Then add parks, attractions, meals and notes.
Use the options above your days to show meals, notes and accessibility information. Hiding them won’t delete your plans.
Plans stay on their original dates. Shorten your holiday and any extra planned days are kept. Print Holiday includes the accessibility information you choose.

My Trip Planner
Plan your theme park trip day by day. Choose your parks, add attractions, meals and notes, and include accessibility information where it helps.
Start with your dates, then build your days
Choose your trip dates and create your itinerary. From there, each day is yours to fill — or deliberately leave gloriously empty.
- Choose Full Day for one main park or plan, Split Day to divide the day into Morning, Afternoon and Evening, or Rest Day when your feet have officially filed a complaint. Use Other / Non-Park for things like Disney Springs, pool time, shopping or travel days.
- Select Edit Day to add attractions, meals and notes. Attraction names link to the full Rolling Coasters guide, so you can check accessibility, sensory information and other details without losing your itinerary.
- Your Trip Overview keeps everything together at a glance. Open Attractions, Accessibility, Meals or Notes on any day when you want a little more detail without going back into the editor.
- The options above your trip control what information is shown. Hiding meals, notes or accessibility information doesn’t delete anything you’ve entered.
- Need to change the trip dates? Update them and choose Apply Dates. Anything on dates that remain in your trip is kept, and we’ll warn you before removing a day containing plans.
- Your itinerary is saved on this browser and device. Use Save Itinerary whenever you want reassurance, Backup & Import for an editable copy you can move to another device, and Print Itinerary for a clean printed or PDF version.
Day notes save automatically as you type, so there’s no separate “Add Note” button to remember.
Tip: Portrait works well, but landscape gives Split Days a little more room.
Use a backup to keep an editable copy of your itinerary or move it to another device. Importing a backup restores your trip dates, plans, attractions, meals, notes and options automatically.
