Jock Lindsey’s Is Getting Festive — and the Menu Runs Into January

Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar is preparing for Christmas, with festive food, seasonal drinks and decorations joining the aviation clutter at Disney Springs. Indiana Jones’ pilot has apparently found room for a little more cargo.

Disney says the holiday offering runs from 10 November 2026 to 11 January 2027. Those are the dates for this particular venue, so check them separately from the wider Disney Christmas calendar.

What’s on the festive menu?

New dishes include Holiday Freight Rolls, filled with pork, beef and sweet potato, and Oh Christmas Brie, served with lingonberry marmalade and candied black pepper bacon. The returning A Wreath of Wellington combines steak, mushrooms and cheese in puff pastry.

There are seasonal cocktails too, including a Cranberry Apple Compass Mule. The Hot Chocolate Around the Globe Flight contains alcohol; don’t mistake it for a children’s hot-chocolate tasting. Disney also lists the Hangar Holly Jolly as a non-alcoholic option.

Worth adding to your Disney Springs plans?

If you’re already spending time at Disney Springs and like the sound of the seasonal menu, this could be a useful stop to build around. Pick something you actually fancy, rather than treating the entire menu as a festive endurance event.

Check the official venue listing and menu for your visit. Disney’s announcement doesn’t provide prices for the festive dishes, and offerings are subject to availability. For dietary or allergy requirements, ask the venue about the particular dish rather than relying on its name or photograph.

The official listing says guests may remain in a wheelchair or ECV. That doesn’t tell us which tables will be available, how busy the bar will feel or whether a particular seating position will suit you. Ask about your seating needs when you arrive.
